1. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
The basic aims and objects for which the Society
is formed and registered are the following:
i) The main objective and aim of the
Society is to eradicate Tuberculosis (TB),
ii) To launch Anti-Smoking Campaign,
iii) Adoption of Orphaned Children,
iv) To
ensure clean and green India,
v) To promote and introduce awareness and
education campaigns for clean and green environment-friendly technologies,
waste management systems, and organize events, workshops, seminars, cultural
programs for the purpose, etc.
vi) To
mobilize resources and volunteers to achieve the main objective and objectives
incidental thereto,
vii) To
undertake research projects in the field in which the Society is engaged and
disseminate the information for the benefit of people,
viii) To construct toilets in each household
in the country and improve sanitation standards in the country,
ix) To
promote Community Toilet-Linked Biogas Plants and other types of Biogas Plants,
x) To
promote and introduce Effluent Treatment Systems, Duckweed Based Waste Water
Treatment, Solid Waste Management Systems, etc.
xi) To
introduce latest and state of the art Waste Management and Disposal System,
xii)To promote
Waste Segregation i.e. Bio-degradable Waste, Special Waste like Hospital Waste
and Recyclable Residual Waste,
xiii) To introduce latest and state of the
art Recycling Methods and to promote its usage,
xiv) To promote the safe disposal of
E-waste,
xv) To
promote the safe disposal of industrial waste,
xvi) To tirelessly work for reducing
pollution levels in rivers, lakes and other water systems in the country,
xvii) To work for reduction of greenhouse
gases,
xviii) To launch education and awareness
campaigns for Pollution Control viz. to reduce rising air, water and noise pollution
levels in the country,
xix) To educate people on the importance of
maintaining hygiene levels in accordance with international standards and
norms,
xx) To
promote Solar, Wind, Hydro and other alternative forms of energy development,
xxi) Establishment and running of
non-conventional and renewable sources of energy systems,
xxii) Construction and maintenance of
drinking water projects in rural areas and in urban slums, including
installation of pump-sets, digging of wells, tube wells and laying of pipes for
supply of drinking water,
xxiii) To prevent alarming depletion of
groundwater levels in the country,
xxiv) To promote and introduce technologies
for Water Conservation and Energy Conservation,
xxv) To promote latest Rainwater Harvesting
methods,
xxvi) To promote advanced Groundwater
Recharge systems,
xxvii) To promote Clean Energy Transportation
Systems e.g. Trail, Alternative Fuel Vehicles, Bicycles, etc.
xxviii) To
assist deserving students for pursuing education in India or abroad,
xxix) Assist women in distress,
xxx) To Assist victims of fraud,
xxxi) Legal Assistance to people in need,
xxxii) To promote morality, honesty and integrity,
cultural values in our daily life,
xxxiii) To
receive any grant, donation, fee, support and assistance in any form for the
furtherance of the objects of the society,
xxxiv) To
translate, print, publish, circulate and distribute appropriate material for
distribution of useful knowledge through magazine, pamphlets or other printing
mode for the development and promotion, benefit and advance of the objects of
the Society,
xxxv) To maintain its own website to
disseminate information about the aims, objects and activities of the Society,
xxxvi) To
effectively use social media and other modern and electronic means to achieve
goals of the Society,
xxxvii) To effectively partner with other
individuals, groups, societies having similar objects in order to avoid
duplication of work and to become cost-effective,
xxxviii) To subscribe or give donations,
financially or otherwise, to such other societies, agencies, associations or
institutions who are working in similar areas or involved in the activities
which tend to support or aid/advance the aims and objects of the society,
xxxix) To
purchase, lease, secure by exchange or license, hire or otherwise acquire any
moveable or immovable property and any interest, easement, right and privilege
necessary or alter any moveable and immovable property of the Society and
undertake such other activities as may be necessary and incidental to the
objects of the Society,
xl) To
frame bye-laws and rules and regulations for the conduct of the business of the
Society and its officers and employees,
xli)To do all such
other lawful acts, deeds and things as are incidental or conducive to the
attainment of the above objects or any of them,
xlii) All the income, earnings, moveable
properties of the Society shall be utilized and applied towards the promotion
of its aims and objects only as set forth in the 'Memorandum of Association'
and no profit or part thereof shall be paid or transferred, directly or
indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profit, or in any manner whatsoever, to
the members of the Society or to any other person. No member of the Society shall have any
personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the Society or make
any profits whatsoever, by virtue of this membership. |
